Director, Carried Interest Plan Administrator

Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) manages more than $100B in long-term capital globally and is seeking a Director-level Carried Interest Plan Administrator. The role oversees the governance and execution of the firm's carried interest compensation program in partnership with Compensation, Talent, Finance, and Investment business leaders.

Responsibilities include the accurate execution and participant-level reporting of the carried interest program, plan design elements, governance (including investment eligibility), and detailed reporting to stakeholders. Key tasks include preparing quarterly Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) governance materials covering eligible investments and vintaging decisions, and maintaining the internal eligibility and rulings tracker.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on carried interest plan experience with strong Excel and presentation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Prior experience at a private equity, credit, or alternatives asset manager is strongly preferred. Based in New York, NY.
