Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions

PKF Investment Banking is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its rapidly growing M&A advisory practice. PKF provides M&A advisory services to privately held family and founder-owned companies with revenue between $15 million and $350 million, supported by a private equity-backed accounting and advisory platform.

The Vice President will lead sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across diverse middle-market industries. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day project management, client interfacing, transaction execution, buyer and market research, financial modeling, pitch presentations, hiring and training junior staff, and business development.

Qualifications: 6+ years of M&A advisory experience focused on privately owned companies in the middle market; Series 79 and 63 licenses; MBA or top-tier degree. Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000. Minimum 3 days per week in the New York Tri-state area office.
