Executive Director, Alternatives Product Owner

JPMorgan Chase's Global Alternative Investment Solutions (GAIS) Product team develops industry-leading capabilities across the Alternatives platform using advanced technologies including AI and data analytics. The team spans the full lifecycle: vision, strategy, operating models, roadmap planning, and execution.

The Executive Director will lead development, enhancement, and scaling of portfolio management capabilities for Alternatives businesses including the Private Equity Group (PEG), JP Morgan Alternatives Asset Management (JPMAAM), and Wealth Management Private Investment Portfolio Solutions (PIPS). The role delivers AI-powered portfolio-of-fund solutions for institutional and private banking clients.

Key responsibilities include defining Portfolio Management Product Vision and Strategy, assessing client needs and market trends, developing business cases for new initiatives (build vs. buy including cost-benefit analyses), and partnering closely with business, technology, operations, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate brings a commercial mindset, superior analytical skills, and experience across alternative investment platforms.
