Investment Associate – Energy Services

A leading infrastructure-focused investment platform is seeking an Investment Associate for its energy services strategy, via Madison Hunt.

The firm invests in businesses supporting the energy transition, with a focus on scalable, value-add opportunities across power, utilities, and broader energy services across North America and Europe. With a strong track record and continued capital deployment, the team is looking to add an Associate to support the execution of new transactions and contribute to ongoing portfolio initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of new infrastructure and energy services investments, building and maintaining financial models and conducting investment analysis, assisting in due diligence and transaction structuring, working closely with senior professionals on deal execution, and contributing to portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience, strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, interest in energy services and infrastructure particularly within value-add strategies, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership in a dynamic, growing platform.
