Associate, Applied AI - Investment Research

The Data & Risk Analytics team at Lone Pine Capital plays a central role in the investment process, working closely with investment, trading and risk professionals to enhance fundamental research and improve portfolio construction, performance analysis, and risk management.

The Associate, Applied AI will advance the adoption and impact of AI across the investment research process: designing and building screening tools, developing agents for recurring analyst workflows, and creating sector-specific point solutions. The role will liaise across investment, analytics, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities: Work with individual analysts to design and build targeted solutions for their sector coverage. Design AI-driven screening tools to help analysts evaluate and prioritize investment ideas. Build and deploy agents and reusable AI-powered skills for recurring analyst workflows.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in quantitative strategy, investment banking, equity research, or management consulting.
