The Director of Investor Services will lead a portfolio of client relationships and oversee globally distributed teams responsible for investor operations, AML compliance, and treasury execution for private markets fund managers worldwide. This senior leadership role manages multiple client pods and service delivery teams, driving operational excellence across one of the fastest-growing areas of the fund administration business.

Key responsibilities include leading managers and service delivery professionals through complex operational workflows, supporting the evolution of the operating model, and partnering cross-functionally to scale investor services capabilities. The role demands a strong operator with experience delivering high-quality fund administration to sophisticated GP clients across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and credit strategies.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in private markets fund administration, investor services, or alternative investment operations, with a demonstrated ability to manage institutional client relationships and lead distributed teams in high-growth environments.
