Asset Management - Infrastructure Fund Execution - Vice President

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) is a leading global alternatives manager with deep expertise across infrastructure investments. The Infrastructure Investments Group (IIG) manages a growing portfolio of infrastructure assets and seeks a Vice President to join the Fund Execution Team (FET).

In this role, the VP will use legal expertise to support strategic decision-making in capital raising, capital deployment, regulatory compliance, governance, and asset management. The position involves close collaboration with IIG Investment Principals, portfolio companies, JPMAM Legal and Compliance departments, and external counsel.

Key responsibilities include bridging commercial and legal discourse in M&A transactions, ensuring appropriate risk management and governance in contractual arrangements, reflecting IIF risk mandate in M&A and debt finance transactions, and engaging with portfolio company boards on continuous business improvement including governance, sustainability, and risk management.

The role also involves facilitating IIF relationships within the commercial and legal M&A community, managing external legal counsel, and identifying compliance, legal, and regulatory issues in transactions.

Required: 5+ years of experience, extensive project finance and/or M&A experience, qualified to practice law, strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
