(Senior) Manager Investments

A BaFin-regulated, Berlin-based family office managing the strategic wealth of an entrepreneurial family is seeking a (Senior) Manager Investments to join its institutional-quality investment team. The office operates with a lean, entrepreneurial structure and draws on expertise from leading financial institutions.

In this role, you will contribute to the analysis, development, and execution of investment strategy across multiple asset classes. You will identify, analyze, and evaluate new investment ideas and support their implementation across the portfolio. A key responsibility is building and maintaining a network of investment partners, asset managers, and fund providers as a source of new opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include ongoing monitoring of existing investments — including performance analysis and risk oversight — as well as preparing investment analyses and decision-making materials. You will observe relevant capital market developments and derive potential investment opportunities. Close collaboration with the operations, controlling, and compliance teams is expected to ensure efficient and compliant investment execution. You will also actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the investment process and portfolio structure.
