(Senior) Associate / Vice President - Products & Solutions

HQ Capital is seeking a (Senior) Associate / Vice President for its Products & Solutions team in Bad Homburg, Germany. The role focuses on developing product strategies and new investment solutions, structuring and optimizing fund and managed account vehicles, and coordinating product-related projects. Responsibilities include modeling portfolio development, cash flow profiles and return structures with scenario analysis, building complex Excel financial models, and supporting digitalization and automation initiatives including AI. The role also involves market and competitive analysis, preparing senior-management-level decision materials and investor documents, and developing fee models and product structures. Candidates should hold a degree in economics, finance or business law, have 3-8 years of relevant experience in the finance and investment fund industry, strong analytical and modeling skills, and fluency in German and English. Knowledge of VBA, Python or Power BI is a plus.
