Venture Capital Analyst

HOF Capital is a global multi-stage venture capital firm managing over $10 billion in assets under management. Since launching in 2016, the firm has invested in transformational technology companies including SpaceX, OpenAI, Neuralink, Anthropic, and xAI.

The Venture Capital Analyst role is based in New York and is part of HOF Capital's early-stage VC investment team. The Analyst works directly with the firm's Partners to support all aspects of the VC investment and portfolio management process, including sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing post-investment support to portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate has experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development, and is passionate about technology investing. HOF Capital looks for candidates with experience building software applications, infrastructure, and/or AI/ML models, combined with strong analytical aptitude and genuine interest in startup investing.

Key qualifications include 1-3 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, product, investment banking, management consulting, hedge funds, or other relevant roles; demonstrated ability to build technical products or conduct data-driven analysis; a track record of exceptional performance academically and professionally; and strong communication skills. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.
