2027 North America Private Equity Analyst-Associate Program

Bain Capital, one of the world's leading private investment firms with approximately $225 billion of assets under management, is hiring for its 2027 North America Private Equity Analyst-Associate Program based in Boston.

Bain Capital pioneered the value-added investment approach. The global team operates in eleven offices on four continents and has made more than 1,450 primary and add-on investments. The firm focuses on Private Equity, Growth & Venture, Capital Solutions, Credit & Capital Markets, and Real Assets.

The Private Equity Full-time Analyst-Associate program is a three-year commitment with potential for a fourth year. Analysts spend their first two years as Analysts, followed by one to two years as Associates. This opportunity commences in July 2027 with an extensive, multi-week training program designed to introduce Bain Capital's value-added investment approach. All Analysts start their careers in the Boston office.

The ideal candidate has an excellent academic record from a top university, strong analytical capabilities, and prior internship or work experience in investment banking, consulting, or related finance fields.
