Key Responsibilities

- Strategic planning, market analysis, leasing, and financial metrics for retail assets

- Underwrite asset management strategies and business plans for potential investments

- Lead strategic initiatives across the Western Europe portfolio: refurbishments, redevelopment, lease negotiations, CAPEX projects

- Budget planning and annual budget recommendations to investors

- Manage preparation and submission of management reporting
