Associate

Hines is a global real estate investment, development and asset management firm. As an Associate in Hong Kong, the role holder will support real estate investment, development and asset management activities in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, with broader support for Mainland China opportunities and operating assets.

Investment and acquisitions responsibilities include supporting the evaluation of investment opportunities across Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and other Mainland China markets; preparing market studies, feasibility analyses and cash flow modelling; preparing investment proposals and investment committee materials; coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax and technical workstreams; and supporting transaction execution and closing.

Asset management responsibilities include supporting business planning, valuation, leasing, investor relations, financing and performance analysis for operating properties; preparing project updates and reporting materials; monitoring performance against business plans and budgets; and participating in development management projects across the full cycle from feasibility through construction oversight.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree, with a master's, MBA or CFA preferred, and bring 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, development, private equity or banking. Less experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Analyst position instead.
