PE Associate, Direct Co-Investments

Opus Advisors is placing a Direct Co-Investments Associate at HarbourVest Partners for a Summer 2027 start. The HarbourVest co-investment team sources over 1,000 deals annually through deep GP relationships, deploying –7 billion per year across venture, growth equity, and buyouts globally. Associates gain broad generalist exposure without portco operations work, focusing on underwriting, investment committee materials, and GP relationship management. The team invests selectively in only ~6% of opportunities reviewed. HarbourVest manages 61B+ in AUM with 40+ years of private markets experience.
