Investment Associate, UK Mid Cap Private Equity Fund

A leading UK mid-cap private equity fund is seeking an Investment Associate to join their investment team.

The fund has built a strong track record of successful investments across a broad range of sectors, operating as a generalist investor focused on well-managed, high-quality businesses.

Key responsibilities include: serving as an active member of the investment team across the full deal-making process; originating new deal opportunities; performing commercial and financial due diligence and building detailed financial models; executing deals including structuring, negotiation of terms, and managing external advisors; and ongoing portfolio management work.

Ideal candidates will have a background as investment professionals at other private equity funds, as associates at investment banks or elite boutiques, or as strategy consultants at top-tier firms such as McKinsey and Bain. Strong UK deal experience is essential. The role is best suited to professionals with 4-6 years of experience with a strong UK investing deal background.
