Investment Associate - European Private Equity Fund

Greenwich Partners is recruiting an Investment Associate for a leading small to mid-market private equity fund and merchant banking group based in London. The fund invests generalist across Europe, primarily in small and mid-cap businesses.

The Associate will be an active member of the investments team across the full deal-making process, including deal origination, performing commercial and financial due diligence, building financial models, working on deal execution (structuring, negotiation, and advisor management), and supporting corporate finance advisory mandates.

The fund is particularly interested in professionals with backgrounds in top-tier strategy consulting (Parthenon, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, OC&C), private equity, or investment banking. A strong track record and genuine interest in small to mid-cap investing is essential.
