Head of Corporate Venture Capital

Entegris is seeking a Head of Entegris Ventures (Corporate Venture Capital) to lead its CVC program, with responsibility over strategy, validation, diligence, execution and supervision of a diverse investment portfolio targeting approximately $100 million over 4-5 years.

The Head of Entegris Ventures will partner with Business Development and Technology teams to identify equity investment opportunities in emerging computing materials technologies and semiconductor markets. Responsibilities include developing equity investment strategies, target identification, deal sourcing, and pipeline management across the VC network, universities, and innovation ecosystems in the US, Asia, and Europe.

The role drives engagement and investment in select mid-stage (Series A/B round) startups aligned with materials science innovation: separation/filtration/purification technologies, yield-enhancing technologies, semiconductor front-end and advanced packaging materials, and advanced coatings. The position may be based in Billerica, MA; Danbury, CT; Round Rock, TX; Aurora, IL; or Remote (California).
