Role Overview

The VP provides broad, hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of micro-cap PE investing:

- Investment sourcing and execution

- Portfolio operations and performance management

- Investor relations and capital formation

- Working directly with portfolio company management teams on operational improvements and add-on acquisitions
