CREA, LLC, a full-service low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) syndicator, is hiring a Managing Director of Asset Management in Indianapolis, IN, reporting to the President and COO.

With more than 25 years in affordable housing, CREA has raised in excess of $14 billion since inception, resulting in the formation of over 100,000 homes within 1,000+ communities across the country. CREA syndicates LIHTC investments, forming long-term relationships with investors and developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a key member of CREA's senior leadership team

- Own the oversight, strategic direction, and performance of CREA's Section 42 LIHTC portfolio

- Lead portfolio risk management and asset performance across the fund's holdings

- Oversee investor relations and compliance for the LIHTC portfolio

- Drive operational excellence and align asset management strategy with CREA's long-term business objectives

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on strategic decisions

Work Arrangement

In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility Monday and Friday. Based in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

Senior asset management leadership experience in affordable housing / LIHTC investing, strong background in portfolio risk management, investor relations, and compliance oversight for tax credit real estate funds.
