Managing Director, New Ventures

A global healthcare venture studio and applied technology firm with over $1.5B raised from premier institutional and sovereign investors seeks a Managing Director of New Ventures. The firm has launched over 70 companies and touched 15 million lives since 2018. Compensation is $240,000 base plus equity with market-leading carry.

The Managing Director will lead end-to-end creation of next-generation healthcare companies, from original investment thesis generation to recruiting top-tier founders. By blending AI-native strategies with deep domain expertise, the successful candidate will deploy institutional capital and strategic leverage to build venture-scale businesses that transform patient outcomes across care delivery and health services.

Key responsibilities include developing original, high-conviction investment theses in healthcare where AI-native businesses can create outsized commercial and clinical outcomes; sourcing and recruiting top 1% founding talent and convincing elite entrepreneurs to partner with the platform to build generational companies; and serving as the primary interface for portfolio founders, delivering strategic leverage in go-to-market acceleration, fundraising, and governance through launch.

The ideal candidate brings 10 or more years of experience in venture capital or company building with a deep track record in pre-seed to Series A healthcare investing.
