Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Valuation

CCB International (Holdings) Limited is the investment banking and private equity arm of China Construction Bank, one of the world’s largest financial institutions by assets. The Valuation team provides critical analytical support across the PE portfolio and investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute quarterly valuation work streams for unlisted equity, debt instruments, and private equity funds

- Track the financial health of portfolio companies by analyzing quarterly post-investment reports and financial statements

- Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and internal stakeholders including senior management and investment teams

- Prepare and present comprehensive valuation management materials and performance attribution reports to senior leadership

- Collaborate with investment teams during the deal lifecycle to provide technical feedback on pre-investment valuation analysis

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, or risk management specifically related to the PE/VC sector

- Strong command of financial modeling and valuation methodologies (comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, equity allocation models)

- Experience with Financial Due Diligence (FDD) or Operational Due Diligence (ODD) is a plus

- Professional fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

- CFA, HKICPA, or equivalent professional qualification expected

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
