M&A Analyst

About the Role

Cardone Ventures provides strategic business guidance and makes direct acquisitions and investments across dozens of verticals through its 10X Buy/Sell and Partnership platform. This M&A Analyst role supports the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of the firm's acquisitions and investments, working directly with the Buy/Sell and Partnership team on both internal acquisitions and client transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in valuation exercises using comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow modeling

- Support due diligence by gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial, legal, and operational information from target companies

- Maintain and manage data rooms throughout transaction processes

- Assist with the preparation of investment memoranda and executive presentations

- Conduct research to screen and qualify potential M&A opportunities

- Contribute to broader internal strategic initiatives and investment strategy

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

- 2-4+ years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, corporate finance, or management consulting

- Strong Excel fluency and understanding of accounting/financial models

- Ability to work with project management software (e.g., Asana) and G-Suite

Compensation & Location

Total compensation $85,000-$100,000. Fully onsite at Cardone Ventures' Scottsdale, AZ office; not a remote role.
