Transaction Analyst

Benedict Canyon Equities (BCE) is a private real estate investment firm with a 20-year history acquiring and operating strategically located value-add and workforce housing properties in high-growth markets. Focused on private investors, BCE has completed more than $57 billion in real estate transactions since 2004. BCE is hiring a Transaction Analyst for its Century City, CA office (5 days in-office, no remote/hybrid), reporting to the Senior Director of Transactions.

The role supports all aspects of multifamily property acquisitions, refinances and dispositions: conducting property-level due diligence and reviewing financials, leases and reports for accuracy; preparing financial analyses, lender forms and transaction summaries; coordinating with brokers, lenders, attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely closings; and identifying process improvements.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or transactions (multifamily preferred), strong analytical and Excel skills, and excellent written/verbal communication. Compensation is a base salary of $70K-$85K plus a performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plan match and medical/dental/vision coverage.
