Director, Investment Analyst

Barings, a leading global financial services firm and subsidiary of MassMutual, is seeking a Director-level Investment Analyst for its Asia Equities team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, bottom-up research and analysis on equity markets, especially the internet sector, to support portfolio managers.

The analyst will assess investment opportunities through rigorous fundamental research on assigned coverage sectors, create and maintain financial models, review and organize data, identify trends, and interpret company and industry data. The role also involves analyzing economic developments and providing forecasts of changes in business conditions.
