The Capital Solutions Group at Ares focuses on liabilities sourcing and financing, asset sourcing, and strategic counterparty relationships across the entire Ares platform. This Associate position sits within the Real Estate Debt Capital Market team and will partner with Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, and Accounting teams on financing transactions, lending relationships, cash and liquidity reporting, forecasting, and hedging activities.

Key responsibilities include assisting with marketing, structuring, and negotiating financing arrangements, supporting debt capital markets activities for the real estate platform, coordinating with internal teams to manage portfolio liquidity, and contributing to interest rate hedging and risk management processes. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a broad view of Ares real estate debt strategies across the capital stack.
