About This Role
Département : Expansion Durée du stage : 6 mois Lieu : Paris Début : Mars 2027 Le rôle Au sein dâune équipe pan-européenne de 37 personnes localisé à Paris (22 personnes), Frankfurt (10 personnes) et Milan (5 personnes), le stagiaire participera et assistera lâéquipe dans lâensemble des tâches du métier dâinvestisseur de lâétude dâune opportunité à la réalisation dâun investissement : Evaluer des nouvelles opportunités dâinvestissements en amont (recherche et analyse de marché, dirigeants, valorisation, call expertsâ¦) Participer à la rédaction de notes (en anglais) de précomité et de comité dâinvestissements sur des opportunités plus avancés (analyse de lâactivité, du marché, analyse financière, valorisation) et suivi des due diligences (financière, stratégique, ESG) Assister les équipes dâinvestissement dans leur suivi des participations en portefeuille (acquisitions, analyse marché ou reporting interne et externe) Soutenir lâéquipe dans ses tâches transverses (présentation marketing, outils dâoptimisation, veille de marché) Compétences requises Rigueur Autonomie Implication Réactivité Bon relationnel Esprit dâéquipe Le profil Etudiant en dernière année dâEcole de Commerce ou dâIngénieur ou année de césure Une première expérience en stage en banque dâinvestissement, conseil en stratégie ou fonds dâinvestissement est souhaitée Bonne connaissance des modèles financiers Maîtrise dâExcel et de Power Point requise Anglais courant indispensable A propos de lâéquipe : Avec plus de vingt ans dâexpérience dans le LBO small-and-mid-sized, lâéquipe Expansion a réalisé plus de 75 investissements et compte actuellement 17 sociétés en portefeuille.
