Analyst, Investor Allocations

About the Role

Antares Capital is a direct lending platform providing financing to private equity-backed middle-market companies. The Investor Allocations team (approximately 4 people) is responsible for eligibility assessment, allocation, and settlement of Asset Management Investor Programs and Balance Sheet entities into deals Antares leads or participates in, interacting heavily with deal professionals, program managers, Capital Markets, Treasury, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Track each new investment opportunity in the Antares Capital origination pipeline from initial screen to client investment, confirming eligibility for advised clients and investor programs

- Serve as single point of contact for origination and underwriting professionals during the allocation process

- Track and report on deal-level data impacting eligibility and concentration limits (industry, leverage, cov-lite limits)

- Coordinate with deal teams, Capital Markets, and the Antares Joint Allocation Committee to ensure allocations comply with policy

- Facilitate the asset sale process for advised clients' portfolio accounts

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years in investor relations, operations, or finance at a top-tier asset management firm or U.S. direct lending firm

- Knowledge of alternative investment products, including private credit, structured finance, and direct lending

- Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
