VC Associate — Growth Associate

Role Overview

aMoon Growth, which invests in mid-to-late stage HealthTech companies across biopharma, diagnostics, digital health, and medical devices, is hiring a Growth Associate in Boston.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead diligence efforts including primary and secondary research

- Prepare investment memorandums and analyze preclinical/clinical/commercial data

- Conduct KOL interviews and evaluate product-market fit

- Perform market and financial analyses and prepare investment documents

- Collaborate with board members on meeting preparation and partner with portfolio service teams

Qualifications

- Academic degree with strong performance

- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, VC/private equity, or public market investing

- Fluent English; highly analytical and detail-oriented

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

- Preferred: post-MBA degree, international education/work experience, healthcare background, Hebrew language skills
