Role Overview

AIB Data Centers Inc. is hiring a Managing Director of Investments in New York to serve as a senior investment leader and trusted advisor to the CEO, with primary responsibility for identifying, evaluating, structuring, and executing investments across AIB Data Centers and the CEO's broader portfolio of strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with the CEO to define and execute investment strategy across data centers, digital infrastructure, real estate, power, energy, and related assets

- Own the entire investment lifecycle: market identification, opportunity sourcing, underwriting, diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-investment oversight

- Develop investment theses across data centers, real estate, digital infrastructure, power, and energy

- Independently assess opportunities and provide clear recommendations on whether and how to proceed

- Establish investment criteria, underwriting standards, approval processes, and portfolio performance expectations

- Advise the CEO on capital allocation, market entry, acquisitions, joint ventures, development opportunities, and asset disposition

- Coordinate closely with finance, legal, compliance, development, operations, and external investment partners

Qualifications

- Deep real estate investment experience

- Strong financial and commercial judgment

- Ability to independently lead complex transactions
