Role Overview

Access Holdings, an alternative asset manager founded in 2013 managing approximately $2.3 billion in assets, is hiring a Vice President for its lower-middle market investment team. The firm uses a systematic, research and data-driven operating model. Positions are available in Baltimore, MD and New York, NY, and the role is Partner-track.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full investment lifecycle: deal sourcing, execution, capital raising, and portfolio oversight

- Build and review financial models

- Coordinate due diligence

- Maintain investor relations

- Mentor junior staff

Qualifications

- 8+ years of work experience

- MBA from a top-tier university (preferred)

- Strong M&A and deal execution background from investment banking and PE/VC

- Proficiency in financial modeling and accounting

- Excellent communication abilities

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work within a small team environment
