What you’ll do Market Penetration: Execute a high-frequency outreach strategy, maintaining a consistent volume of 100+ daily outbound engagements to property owners and brokerage networks. Opportunity Identification: Distinguish between on-market listings and high-value off-market opportunities, utilizing deep-dive market research to qualify leads. High-Stakes Negotiation: Act as the primary negotiator to secure properties under optimal value terms, ensuring all acquisitions align with the company’s financial objectives. Mandate Management: Deliver on specific acquisition mandates set by senior leadership, coordinating cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Pipeline Optimization: Maintain rigorous data integrity by updating local pipelines and conversion trackers daily, providing leadership with real-time, accurate reporting for weekly reviews. Asset Coordination: Facilitate the transition from sourcing to operations by coordinating initial maintenance assessments and ensuring compliance with company policies.
