About This Role

Wilton House 4 (WH4) is a family office focused on acquiring corporate carve-outs, underperforming businesses, and special situations in the lower middle market. The firm was co-founded by Michael Hahn, previously of Ten Oaks Group where he completed 30 acquisitions across 17 countries. WH4 is building a bench of Portfolio Company Executives to place into companies as deals close globally.

The Portfolio Company Transformation Executive moves from portfolio company to portfolio company. You are placed into an acquired business at or shortly after closing with direct responsibility for running and improving it. When the situation is stabilized or the business is sold, you move to the next one. Over time you build a track record across multiple companies, industries, and situations.

The role is a combination of remote and on-site work. Some phases of a deployment can be run remotely; others require you physically in the building, as distressed businesses are fixed in person. Meaningful time at each company's site should be expected.

Compensation includes base salary plus equity participation in the companies you operate. The ideal candidate is an experienced operator comfortable working with stressed cash positions, anxious employees, frustrated vendors, and incomplete information, seeking autonomy and real ownership in a performance-driven environment. WH4 has live transactions in process across multiple geographies.
