Role Overview

Vectors Capital, a VC firm focused on breakthrough decarbonization technologies, seeks investors at multiple levels (Analyst to Principal) to join its expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the full venture investment cycle: sourcing, diligence, investing, and portfolio support

- Identify founders developing breakthrough technologies in energy transition, data center efficiency, semiconductors, and AI sustainability applications

- Conduct market research and lead due diligence

- Prepare investment memoranda and support strategic portfolio initiatives

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Demonstrated execution orientation

- Preferred: experience in VC, investment banking, energy transition, data centers, semiconductors, or AI

Compensation

- Analyst/Associate: $50K–$100K + bonus + carry

- Principal: $100K–$180K + bonus + carry
