Head of Investor Relations

Unity Growth Fund, a stage-agnostic venture investment firm focused on the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations to lead capital raising and investor engagement. Unity Growth's portfolio includes over 25 disruptive companies including SpaceX, Anthropic, Anduril, Figure AI, Databricks, Stripe, Shield AI, Harvey, Cerebras, Polymarket, and others across foundational model labs, vertical and applied AI systems, data infrastructure, physical AI and automation, and deep tech.

This is a senior, full-time remote position based in or around New York City, with periodic travel to the fund's Reston, VA headquarters and industry events. The Head of IR will own the full fundraising lifecycle — from identifying and cultivating investor relationships to closing commitments and managing ongoing LP communications.

Key Responsibilities: Capital Raising — develop and execute fundraising strategies to raise substantial capital for fund vehicles; identify, engage, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors; manage investor due diligence and close commitments. Investor Relations — serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors; provide regular performance updates and portfolio developments; organize investor meetings, events, and conference calls. Network Expansion — continuously expand the network within the investment community to source new LPs; represent Unity Growth Fund at industry conferences and events to attract new investors.

Qualifications: Proven track record of raising significant capital for venture capital or private equity funds is required. Candidates must bring extensive experience in capital raising, investor engagement, and LP relationship management. Deep knowledge of the venture capital ecosystem and existing relationships with institutional allocators, family offices, and high-net-worth investors are highly valued.
