Key Responsibilities of Operating Partner (Human Capital) Strategic Talent Management & Acquisition Partner with portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams to develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies that align with business goals. Lead executive search efforts for key leadership roles (CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, etc.), ensuring the identification, assessment, and successful onboarding of top-tier talent. Develop robust talent pipelines and succession plans to support long-term growth and mitigate leadership risk.
