Key Responsibilities of CFO, Portfolio Company with a PE-backed Health System - Nashville, TN As the CFO, you will have a broad and impactful mandate. Your core responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, operational execution, and team development. You will be expected to master the following areas: Strategic Financial Leadership & M&A Serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights and guidance on all company strategies and initiatives. Lead the financial modeling, due diligence, and integration for all M&A activities, from initial assessment to post-close synergy realization. Develop and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and the Board of Directors, ensuring clear and transparent communication of financial performance. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Drive the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
