About This Role
Timberlane Partners (Seattle-based RE investment firm, ~$2B in multifamily assets on the West Coast and Mountain West) is hiring a Director of Capital Formation to build LP relationships with family offices, RIAs, and private wealth platforms. The role is external-facing: sourcing investor meetings, representing the firm at conferences, and owning the fundraising pipeline. Reports to the Managing Director of Private Capital.
