Summer Analyst, Corporate Venture Capital

Thomson Reuters Ventures is seeking a Summer Analyst Intern to support its Corporate Venture Capital investment activities. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence on new investments, business analysis, financial modeling, and deal structuring. The Analyst will review pitch decks and business plans, attend pitch meetings and take detailed notes, collaborate with portfolio founders on company-building initiatives, and maintain internal deal sourcing systems. The role requires MBA preferred, a passion for B2B Enterprise Technology and startups, strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities. Hybrid role (3 days/week on-site in New York). Compensation: $30–$60/hour.
