Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Private Equity

The Barton Partnership is partnering with a leading large-cap digital infrastructure fund to place a Vice President on its New York City-based investment team. This fund focuses on data centers and hyperscale infrastructure investments.

The Vice President will lead the evaluation and execution of investments across data center and hyperscale infrastructure assets, build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses, and drive due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations. The role involves partnering with management teams and operating partners on value creation initiatives, as well as supporting portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in TMT private equity or digital infrastructure investing, with strong transaction experience and increasing ownership of deal execution. Prior experience specifically in digital infrastructure — including data centers, cloud infrastructure, and fiber — is required. Advanced financial modeling capabilities and demonstrated leadership in managing workstreams and junior talent are expected.
