Vice President - Investment Banking, Power, Renewables & Infrastructure

Talisman Advisory Partners has been retained by a leading global investment bank to appoint a Vice President (VP2) within its Power, Renewables & Infrastructure advisory group in New York. The group advises leading infrastructure investors, strategic corporates, and sponsors across conventional power generation, renewable energy, utilities, digital infrastructure, and energy transition sectors. Transaction sizes typically range from $500M to $10B+, with strong deal flow across large-cap M&A and strategic advisory assignments.

The VP will lead execution workstreams across complex M&A and strategic advisory transactions, develop and oversee financial models and valuation analyses, coordinate diligence processes, and prepare client presentations and transaction documentation. The role involves close collaboration with senior bankers and infrastructure-focused clients, as well as management of analysts and associates across live transactions.

This is a focused M&A advisory position — not a project finance role — suited to candidates with a strong track record in infrastructure, energy, or power sector M&A transactions and the interpersonal skills to build client relationships at a well-established global advisory platform.
