Symbiotic Capital is seeking a Principal to lead and support critical strategy, operations, and financial initiatives at the firm. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities: The Principal will evaluate credit opportunities and conduct in-depth financial and market analyses across healthcare and finance sectors. The role involves collaborating with healthcare and finance professionals, managing investment portfolios, and contributing to deal structuring. Additional responsibilities include client relationship management, team leadership, and ensuring investment decisions align with company objectives and risk parameters.

Qualifications: Candidates must bring expertise in financial analysis, investment strategies, and credit evaluation, along with strong skills in market analysis, data interpretation, and risk assessment. Experience in relationship building, client engagement, and communication is essential. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities with team management experience, knowledge of the healthcare industry and its financial landscape, and proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
