Director of Finance & Investments

Stono Group, a Charleston, SC-based commercial real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a Director of Finance & Investments. Stono focuses on industrial, flex, and retail assets across North and South Carolina. As the firm scales its portfolio, the Director will serve as the financial architect of the platform: underwriting new acquisitions, managing capital stacks on existing assets, building analytical infrastructure, and working directly with founding partners on investments and capital deployment. This is a foundational hire with meaningful ownership of outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years in real estate finance or acquisitions with experience in financial modeling, debt structuring, and investor reporting.
