MD, Origination and Direct Credit Underwriting

The Managing Director, Origination and Direct Credit Underwriting, will originate and lead the underwriting and execution of private credit investments, including senior, unitranche, and structured capital solutions, primarily in U.S.-based companies. The role requires deep expertise in credit structuring, deal sourcing, and investment committee processes.
