Senior Associate - Deal Execution

Spectrum Search Group is recruiting a Senior Finance Associate to support investment underwriting, portfolio analytics, and strategic decision-making for a well-capitalized infrastructure-focused organization in Houston with PE backing. This role offers hands-on exposure to investment analysis, portfolio performance, and strategy within a lean team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain financial models for investment and portfolio analysis

- Support investment materials and internal reporting

- Analyze asset performance and capital deployment

- Help manage deal flow through landowner-focused origination channel

- Collaborate across teams on transactions and ongoing asset management

Profile:

- 5-7 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience

- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and deadline-driven

Compensation: $170,000 base salary plus bonus. Institutional investment platform with long-term capital and real assets/infrastructure focus with PE backing.
