Associate — Deep Tech & Consumer Investing

Sky9 Capital is a global venture capital firm established in 2011, focusing on disruptive technologies across Consumer Internet, Enterprise/SaaS, Deep Tech, Fintech, and Web3. The firm has offices in San Francisco, Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing, with portfolio investments including ByteDance, Pinduoduo, and Meituan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source investment opportunities in deep tech and consumer sectors, developing independent theses in generative AI and robotics

- Conduct commercial and technical due diligence: market analysis and technical product assessment

- Develop investment memos and present recommendations to the Investment Committee

- Support portfolio companies through business development, hiring, and expansion strategies

- Build networks at demo days, hackathons, and industry conferences

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years in Product Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, VC, or Management Consulting (technology focus preferred)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field from a top-tier university

- Established connections within the San Francisco Bay Area startup ecosystem

- Financial modeling and data analysis expertise
