Head of Investment Management

SKHAI, a fast-growing developer of investment-grade luxury villas across Phuket, Koh Samui, Bali, Mykonos, and Ibiza, is creating a Head of Investment Management role to lead capital raising and investor relations for its institutional-grade real estate fund structures. With a 2026 pipeline of 150+ new villas, SKHAI is scaling capital partnerships and PE-style fund vehicles.

The Head of Investment Management will own fundraising for project-specific vehicles and future closed-end funds, targeting family offices, HNWI platforms, and institutional co-investors. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating JV equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine transactions; building and maintaining a global investor pipeline; overseeing investment underwriting standards, return modeling, and distribution waterfalls; and acting as primary relationship owner for existing and future limited partners.

The position is fully remote with 2-3 annual trips to Phuket or investor locations, structured as an initial 12-month engagement with a clear path to a longer-term role. Candidates should bring 12+ years in private equity, investment management, or capital raising — preferably with luxury hospitality or residential real estate experience — a verifiable track record of raising $10M-$40M+, and existing relationships with family offices, UHNW platforms, and private wealth channels across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Deep experience structuring waterfalls, promotes, and preferred returns is expected.
