Chief Executive Officer – Specialty Industrial Manufacturing

Salt Creek Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm with a long track record of partnering with operating executives, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a specialty industrial manufacturing business it is under LOI to acquire, with closing expected in June 2026.

The Company is headquartered in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area with approximately $50 million in revenues and 50+ employees. It is the dominant producer in its niche, with a long operating history, a diversified base of more than 100 active customer accounts across North America, and strong free cash flow with low capital intensity.

The Company operates in a growing market with long-term secular tailwinds and a structurally protected competitive position, with no comparable domestic competition in its core segment. Products are mission-critical components used for quick-turn repair and large industrial equipment across a broad range of end markets, with key accounts maintaining purchasing relationships for ten or more years.

The incoming CEO will lead the business at the start of an accelerating growth phase driven by increasing demand from AI, EVs, and grid expansion — supported by a recently completed capacity expansion and new product lines entering commercial production.

The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors, receive a significant equity ownership stake, and make a meaningful personal equity co-investment alongside Salt Creek Capital. The role offers a rare opportunity to lead a proven cash-generative platform through its next phase of growth and value creation.
