Manager, Investment Associate

RTX Ventures (a division of RTX Corporation) is seeking a Manager, Investment Associate to support its venture capital investment activities across the defense, aerospace, and emerging technology sectors. This is a remote position based within the domestic U.S.

RTX Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of RTX Corporation, one of the world's largest aerospace and defense companies. The fund invests in emerging technologies relevant to RTX's strategic interests.

Key Responsibilities

- Map investment trends and develop briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership

- Conduct financial and technical analysis on prospective investments

- Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and market intelligence gathering

- Analyze portfolio company performance and assist with value creation initiatives

- Collaborate cross-functionally with RTX business units

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of transactional or strategy experience in VC, investment banking, corporate development, or consulting

- Financial modeling and analytical expertise

- Aerospace and defense domain knowledge

- M&A or transactional experience

- U.S. citizenship required (no visa sponsorship)

Compensation

$107,500 – $204,500 USD
