Reporting to the Head of Venture Studios, the Venture Architect is the single accountable owner of each new venture's commercial viability. The role operates at the intersection of technology, market, and team — taking ideas from zero to seed-ready companies. Focus areas include advanced energy, advanced materials, advanced manufacturing, and quantum technologies. The Venture Architect leads 2-3 or more ventures simultaneously from concept through seed readiness, setting strategic direction and leading specialists through a rigorous business-building methodology. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring conviction, speed, and strong judgment about technical innovation and commercial viability.
