- Originate acquisitions and develop relationships with key industry partners

- Drive deal execution from identification through close

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or institutional capital

- 3+ years of specific experience with student housing transactions

- Demonstrated track record executing complex real estate transactions in the U.S.

- Strong financial modeling and capital markets expertise

- Proven leadership in global or institutional investment environments
